At lunch, two options are offered, including one called "discovery", served in 4 courses to discover gourmet and balanced recipes (€48 excluding drinks). Dinner allows you to appreciate the creativity of chef Simon Scott who surprises your taste buds with a discovery menu (4 courses - €48 excluding drinks), flavors (€35 for 3 courses, €42 for 4 courses, €50 for 5 courses excluding drinks) or tasting (€90 for 8 courses), offered with food and wine pairing. Twice a month, new dishes are imagined, ideal for shaking up your palate.

After an experience in London in large houses such as the Ritz or the Savoy Hotel, chef Simon Scott opened the Bistro des Saveurs in 2009 , a new adventure where the priority is quality and a balance of tastes . Local, fresh and seasonal products are prepared with precision on a menu that evolves throughout the year. Immerse yourself in the world of this special chef during a cooking class using market products. There could not be a better name for this fabulous gem of a restaurant. The exquisitely created menus are truly a treat for your senses, both visually beautiful and a treat for the taste buds. In an unassuming location, you'll be greeted with the warmest welcome and a menu that is sure to delight. You can sense immediately that the husband and wife team, that own and run Saveurs, have honed service and food that is truly an EXPERIENCE. I only wish I lived here, so as to visit on a regular basis.

A chef with the same surname , had to be good and it was. A cool restful interior with an air of calm. The lunch menu decouverte was a symphony which danced in the mouth. My three guests were lifted to a place where only a top chef can take you. At 180.00 euro including wine it was worth every cent. I will be back for more .
