The Rayssaguel Farm is above all a family affair. Attached to his Lands as the tree to his roots Paul Rolland cultivates the taste of the soil and tradition.

The farm is located in the heart of the TARN near Albi and covers more than 73 hectares. It belongs to the family for 2 generations, today it is Alexandre, Catherine and Marc Rolland who runs the family farm run by their parents Paul and Renée.
On these Albigensian lands, the Farm of Rayssaguel raises Mulard Duck, Veal and Limousin Beef to transform them and propose you farm products made on the exploitation with the savors of the South West.
