Joined by Camille since autumn 2024, the team champions a vision of sweetness where sugar takes a backseat to the pure fruit. Here, creativity knows no routine: every two and a half months or so, the menu is revamped to allow for a fresh creative approach. This perpetual renewal allows them to explore new flavor combinations, guaranteeing a constantly evolving tasting experience for both regulars and visitors to the region.

The Masked Pastry Chef 's commitment goes beyond mere culinary pleasure. It's a true code of ethics that guides every technical step. To guarantee impeccable freshness and actively combat food waste, the workshop prioritizes responsible production to order (24 hours in advance for cakes meant for sharing), while individual pastries are available daily in the shop for your spontaneous cravings.
