  My evaluation of the park: Advantages: - The entertainment is of high quality. The range of games offered is remarkable and arouses the enthusiasm of children. The “volcano” provides particularly exhilarating fun. Additionally, the slide is designed in such a way that it does not cause any discomfort. The variety of games available ensures that boredom is non-existent, even for little ones, with a very well laid out and immaculately clean play area. - The catering stands out for its freshness and its commitment to healthy eating, far from the fried dishes usually offered in many similar parks. For example, the salad accompanying the dishes is both delectable and nutritious, a real pleasure for the taste buds. Many thanks for this special attention. - The extremely friendly staff stands out for their professionalism and unfailing involvement. Their dedication is such that they manage the establishment with an authority worthy of that of owners rather than simple employees. - The birthday area is ideally designed, offering space for dancing, a "stage" for entertaining, musical ambiance and a perfectly orchestrated cake. It is a real delight for children and their guests. Points to improve : - Concerning sanitary facilities, it is regrettable that toilets suitable for children are not available. In addition, during our visit, the cleanliness was good but nothing more and the absence of steps for children when washing their hands was notable. Facilities better suited to toddlers should be considered. - everyone should take off their shoes when entering, even adults. You can go with the shoes to the less clean “pavement” area and come back… not too much sense. - A major point of concern is the foam squares in the "balance" set which should be replaced immediately. It's just urgent. Their absence of a plastic cover or other protective material results in the release of tiny foam particles, harmful to clothing, socks and even other play equipment. This situation poses a problem for both visitors and maintenance staff. Rapid replacement is imperative.

  We celebrated our son's birthday there yesterday. Everything was perfect! However, there is not a plethora of staff, but they are working hard all the time, really super attentive and available: well done! And to top it all off, beyond sufficient space, well-maintained games and really affordable prices, they allow us to bring decoration, food (for Muslims and those with allergies for example, but also traditional South American stuff for us) and they came by 2 or 3 times to see if everything was going well. We will go back, like all the guests, congratulations!

  The best of Castres. Separate child and adult side so less noisy. On the other hand, birthday level 1 pancake per child is too fair. Better to order the cake so that the parents enjoy it too.
