Fruit of the work of an independent winegrower, Clément Termes Castle offers a wide range of wines. From the traditional cuvée, through the Bulles or the Gaillac perlé, the wines of the estate express the terroir of the wines of Gaillac.
Indeed, the wines of the Castle are partly made from local grape varieties, characteristic of the appellation. In white you will discover the Mauzac, rich and fruity, and the Loin de l'œil, fresh and lemony. And in red the Braucol complex, the fruity Duras and Prunelard.
More well-known grape varieties complete the blends: Sauvignon-blanc, Muscadelle, Syrah and Merlot.
All the estate's wines carry the HVE label - High Environmental Value, Clément Termes Castle being HVE level 3 certified since April 2018.
