Excellent excellent food, with amazing flavors and combinations. The Pluma (pork from acorn pigs we leaned) was exceptional, mild and delicate like nothing tasted before. The foie gras was out of this world, perfectly seasoned with light cinnamon was light, yet generous. Nougat glacé and the peach with verbena pannacotta were definitely in sync with the rest of the meal. Staff was very friendly and personable, chef came to visit and the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed. Prices were not expensive and portions generous. Definitely worth a detour through Millau!!

Food was excellent in a really nice relaxed atmosphere. Great value for money at just €35 for 3 courses.
