All our dishes are "homemade" with fresh local products, the emphasis is on modern cuisine, inventive and light.
Our region is rich in good products that we are delighted to offer :
Lambs from Mr Cabot in Assac, Millas charcuterie in Murat-sur-Vèbre, Tarnais organic saffron from "Safranette" in Lavaur, garlic Lautrec rose from Mr Clauzel, beef from Ets Bousquet with Primaube and Gaec from Escrabins at Fénols, goat cheese from the hill with goats at Carmaux and cow cheese from the cheese maker from Bescan at Virac, "square peas" from Mr Thilliez in Cestayrols and so many others... All accompanied, in moderation, by excellent Gaillac wines.
Sandrine and Antoine Caramelli, Master restaurateurs and member of Cuisineries Gourmandes, are checked by an independent certifying body (Bureau Véritas) on “homemade”, the origin of our products and the qualification of our employees. We will be happy to receive you and offer you a cuisine that combines regional and southern flavors in a typical and warm setting.
